Philip Ruitenberg
In his work, drs. Philip Ruitenberg combines two worlds: the arts and organisational development. He graduated in musicology and studied arts. He then went on to study training techniques and organisational development.
With the aim of improving communication and cooperation, he runs training sessions, workshops and seminars in the fields of team building, organisational development and leadership.
In the past seven years, he has had a lot of experience in applying metaphors in an effective and inspirational way. Metaphors are a source of inspiration, and they provide an attractive means of observing and understanding companies and organisations.
In a diverse network, Philip works with colleagues who have expertise in specific areas. In the fields of organisational development, team building and development of leadership, Philip has fostered relationships with offices, coaches and institutes which offer specific knowledge and expertise.
