In his work, drs. Philip Ruitenberg combines two worlds: the arts and organisational development. He graduated in musicology and studied arts. He then went on to study training techniques and organisational development.
With the aim of improving communication and cooperation, he runs training sessions, workshops and seminars in the fields of team building, organisational development and leadership.
In the past seven years, he has had a lot of experience in applying metaphors in an effective and inspirational way. Metaphors are a source of inspiration, and they provide an attractive means of observing and understanding companies and organisations.
